VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES!

Hi! We love having artists, makers, and vendors of all kinds join us at our concerts, festival and music events. We know what it's like to be a struggling small business and/or artist so we try and keep the booth space affordable, the load in/out easy, we'll promote your business and strive to introduce you to lots of new customers! Below is the vendor application and opportunities for you to pop up at our parties. Please copy/paste the questions into an email, complete and return to Cathryn@ListenLocalRadio.com for approval, then return here to purchase your booth space. Thanks!

Please include up to 4 photos of your product, set up, etc. Once you’re approved, return here to pay and hold your spot. OTHER INFO: No late set up, please be on time. You may leave anytime you like during MOST events.  Sharing booth space is ok, 2 people max per booth. WHERE: Lavender & Olive Wedding Venue in Ramona

WHEN: June 4th, 2023 2pm to 7pm

WHAT: Seeking 8 to 10 artists/makers: eco/earth friendly, humanitarian, diverse, LGBTQ, etc. 10 x10 space you bring everything, concrete ground with shaded areas, restrooms nearby, sorry no pets, booth space is $30 for Ramona residents, $40 non residents. 

WHY: Acoustic concert to celebrate 40th birthday of a local musician, activist, and awesome person. We're expecting 100 to 150 guests, there is no cover and it's all ages. Contact Cathryn@ListenLocalRadio.com  for approval then pay to confirm your space!

WHERE: Old Julian Vineyards and Winery

WHEN: The Last Sunday of each month beginning in July, 1pm to 5pm

WHAT: Seeking 6 artists/makers of all types. 10 x10 space you bring everything, concrete ground, sorry no shade or power. Restrooms nearby, friendly pets/kids welcomed. Booth space is $40

Sip Shop & Sing

WHERE: Monarch Equestrian Center in Ramona, CA

WHEN: October 7th, 2023

WHAT: Seeking 30 to 50 vendors all type, 10 x10 space you bring everything, dirt/grass vending area, no shade, pets on leash, porta potties, booth space is $60 

WHY: Fundraising camping festival Listen Local Radio's 20 year Anniversary celebration. Noon on Saturday to noon on Sunday. Vendor booth fee includes camping near your booth site. Live bands, kid activities, and more. We're expecting 300 guests. This is a ticketed event, all ages. Registration will start in July.

WHERE: Robin's Nest Ranch Rescue Resort in Ramona

WHEN: October 15th, 2023 time 12 to 6pm

WHAT: Seeking 30 vendors all type, 10 x10 space you bring everything, booth space is $60 and helps support this amazing animal rescue resort! Dirt ground in vending area, sorry, no shade or power but LOTS of shoppers! 

WHY: Fundraising concert event for farm animal rescue in Ramona. Live bands, kid activities, raffles, and more. We're expecting 300 to 500 guests. This is a ticketed event, all ages. Confirm your participation by sending payment directly to venue at http://paypal.me/robinsnestramona
